Our program

A structured path to lasting sobriety

2407 Recovery Homes provides more than a place to sleep — we offer a proven framework of accountability, community, and daily discipline that gives men the foundation to rebuild their lives.

How the program works

Our program is built around the belief that long-term sobriety requires structure, community, and personal responsibility. Residents commit to a shared set of expectations that create a safe, sober environment for everyone in the home.

From the moment you move in, you become part of a brotherhood of men who hold each other accountable — not through punishment, but through genuine care and mutual respect.

Program requirements

Every resident agrees to these commitments upon moving in.

Sobriety

Residents must maintain complete sobriety from alcohol and all non-prescribed substances. Random drug and alcohol testing is conducted regularly.

Meeting attendance

Residents are required to attend a minimum of three 12-step or recovery support meetings per week and maintain an active sponsor relationship.

Employment or school

All residents must be actively employed, enrolled in school, or engaged in a structured job search within 30 days of moving in.

House contributions

Residents participate in weekly house chores and contribute to the upkeep of the home. A clean, orderly environment supports everyone's recovery.

Curfew

An 11pm nightly curfew is in place to promote healthy sleep habits and reduce exposure to high-risk situations. Exceptions require advance notice.

Respect and community

Residents treat each other, staff, and the property with respect. Harassment, violence, or intimidation of any kind is grounds for immediate removal.

Daily structure

Routine is one of the most powerful tools in recovery. Here's what a typical day looks like.

6:00 – 8:00 AM

Morning routine

Wake up, personal hygiene, breakfast, and morning reflection or meditation.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work, school, or job search

Residents pursue employment, education, or structured job-seeking activities during the day.

5:00 – 7:00 PM

Evening meal and downtime

Shared dinner is encouraged. Residents decompress, connect with housemates, and handle personal responsibilities.

7:00 – 9:00 PM

Meetings and step work

Evenings are the primary time for attending recovery meetings, working with a sponsor, or completing step work.

11:00 PM

Curfew

All residents are expected to be home. Lights out and quiet hours begin.

House rules

These rules exist to protect the sobriety and wellbeing of every resident.

1

No alcohol or drugs on the premises at any time.

2

No guests in bedrooms. Common area visits must be approved by house management.

3

No weapons of any kind on the property.

4

Prescription medications must be disclosed to house management and stored securely.

5

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments must be communicated in advance.

6

No smoking inside the home.

7

Residents are responsible for their assigned chores each week.

8

Any relapse must be reported immediately. Residents who relapse may be asked to leave pending a re-entry assessment.

Our sobriety framework

2407 Recovery Homes is built on the principles of the 12-step program. We believe that peer accountability, spiritual growth, and service to others are the cornerstones of lasting recovery.

We do not require any specific religious affiliation, but we do ask that residents remain open to the spiritual dimensions of recovery. Men of all backgrounds have found a home here.

Peer accountability

Living alongside other men in recovery creates a natural system of mutual support and honest accountability.

12-step integration

Active participation in AA, NA, or similar programs is a core expectation — not just attendance, but genuine engagement.

Service and purpose

Giving back — to the house, to the community, to other men in recovery — is a proven path to sustained sobriety.
